Why is Vrzić drastically different from other Multi-Family investors?
Unlike other multi-family investors, we do not put you on the LLC (you are not listed as a member or part of a syndication). Therefore you are not liable for any loans or debts. This also means that we have to pay you back your initial investment regardless of any outcome.
What type of accounts can I invest through?
We currently support personal accounts, joint accounts, and certain entity accounts (Trusts, Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, C Corporations, and S Corporations).
Can I invest through my IRA?
No, unless you decide to withdraw and cash out your funds from your IRA account.
What’s the difference between Vrzić and a REIT?
Everything. We never invest in REITs or Stocks as there is no control, and the markets govern both. The benefit of owning Multi-Family properties is that it is a tangible asset that we can “force appreciate.” REIT is just a piece of paper and not backed by anything but promises.
Can I invest if I live in another country outside of the United States?
Yes, you can invest if you live in another country as long as you have a bank account. We will be issuing you form W-8BEN.
Can I add funds after my initial investment?
Yes, you can – depending on where we are with each phase of our fund, additional funds may be added to your initial investments.
Do you work with 1031 Exchanges?
No, because 1031 requires you to purchase or further in-debt yourself with a “like-kind property” allowing the capital gains taxes to be deferred. We are unique because we do NOT require our investors to be a partner nor are they fully responsible for the debt. We are obligated to produce a return regardless of any outcome and keep our investors safe from liabilities or debt.
What tax form will you send to the non-accredited investors?
Any additional profits made on top of your initial investment will require us to send you a 1099-NEC form. You will only be taxed on the profits, not your initial investment.
